How to Get a Copy of your Data
Garmin Users
- Go to https://www.garmin.com/account/datamanagement/ and log in with your Garmin Connect Credentials.
- Click on Export your Data
- Click on Request Data Export
- You will receive an email when your data is ready. Download the .zip file and upload it in the Hélène page
Apple Watch Users
- On your iPhone go to your Apple Health App and click on the icon with your profile in the upper right corner
- Scroll down and click on Export All Health Data
- Confirm by clicking on Export
- Upload the .zip file in the Hélène page
